This was an interesting project. My mom gave me these old shoes. Quite ugly - YES! But I loved the little strappy thing on the top. SO. I decided to cut out the lip, only leaving the bottom half of it.

Sunglasses

Magazine clippings

Mod Podge

E6000 glue

Extra fabric

Zipper x2

These are what the sunglasses were used for. Found some cool art pictures and mod podged them on. Then used the E6000 to glue the suckers on. You can also see the zipper lining I sewed on. Not easy. Perfect world would have been black zipper with gold metal, but I used what I had
